The Wylie Way is a focused effort that is research based and designed to set students on the path to achievement in every area of their lives. It’s built on the foundation of building strong relationships with the students, identify their strengths and interests, and help the students develop their plan and purpose for the future. While motivating students to be high performers, the intention is to also guide them in becoming good people and to do good things. Each nine weeks, a core value is identified, discussed with the students and special recognition is awarded to students demonstrating this core value consistently.
