Sachse Farms Homeowners Association strives to ensure property values are protected and with the goal to increase those values over time. Building a cohesive community with consistency of neighborhood maintenance and architectural guidelines build on this motto. As is common within Sachse city limits, this neighborhood can be found outside with their lights on during many evenings including National Night Out, where the goal is for neighbors to build those bonds of friendship and community.

Wylie Independent School District’s rich history of tradition and dedication to their students is evident as approximately 14,500 students comprising 19 Wylie ISD campuses have not met the highest academic standards in the great state of Texas, but more than half have earned additional distinctions. As these Sachse Farms students grow they graduate to Draper Intermediate and in the seventh and eighth grade to Cooper Junior High. Prepared for the next chapter, these students graduate to Wylie High School and become Wylie Pirates for life.
